P3 Advisors

P3 Advisors was created by Richard W. Meister to provide advisory services to Associations, non-profits and corporations who are involved with projects and services involving both private and public sponsors.

Public, private partnerships (“P3s”) have been used for years in the delivery of health care, housing, electric power, and surface transportation projects. In recent years the size and scope P3 joint ventures has grown significantly and now used across the United States for a wide variety of capital projects.
